From the stadium and arenas to the recreational sports buildings, Michigan's athletic complex is unsurpassed as the most complete campus sports facility in the nation. It also allows for consolidation of various team facilities now dispersed across the athletic campus. There are several U-M fitness centers across each campus that are open to U-M faculty and staff. Located on the 8th floor of UH South, the center will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and feature state-of-the-art cardiovascular and strength training equipment, space for group exercise classes, shower and restroom facilities, health behavior change classes and more.
