I have to agree with everyone here, this is a beautiful place and a beautiful hike. This moderately challenging trail takes you to Blackcomb Lake, a beautiful little alpine lake at the base of Blackcomb Peak. Much of the course is through trees, which does at least mitigate any high temperature.
A short walk down the ski hill and the last section of trail returns you to the Rendezvous chalet. See quite a few whistlers on the trail so definitely a highlight. • 2,251' Up Please explain. I couldn’t stop for more than 30 seconds without a mosquito or giant fly biting me. These peaks include The Spearhead, Mount Trorey, Tremor, Shatter, Shudder, Quiver, and more.
